It's been a while!!!

I've been so busy lately with my sewing and tutu business that I haven't had much time for posting on the blog. I've had a ton of Christmas orders come in. Plus I started selling Scentsy and so I've been busy with that too. I'm gonna try to catch up on a lot of pics that have been building up in my computer and put them in this post so it's gonna be a long one. Long with pictures! :)

Before we get to my pics I want to tell y'all how to go see Emme Claire's 6 month pics that Mary Dawson took a few weeks ago. Go to www.mdawsonphoto.com after you enter the site you will click on Proofing and then scroll down until you see the name Emme Claire, click on her name and it will prompt you to enter your email address and your name... then you can see the pics. My favorite from this session is image #0039, she has the sweetest smile in this pic! Makes my heart melt!!!

We just had EC's 6 month pics taken by Baby Blues as well (yes, we have her in 2 baby picture programs) and they are online for one week. They are sooooo cute!!! She is a flower pot baby in some of the pics! And she is wearing a big pink tutu with a pearl necklace in some. Oh and I brought her blue plaid dress and hat and it was perfect, the blue dress made her eyes stand out so much. The ones I like the most are 1803, 1850 and 1876. My friend Sarah makes frames for me. The white frame is one that she made for a pink collage picture that was taken by Baby Blues Photography. I think that both the picture and the frame look fantastic in EC's room.




Here EC is thinking "Oh my! Look at all that new stuff I can grab and put in my mouth!!" haha!

She fell asleep in her crib after playing with her toys so long that she just gave out.

Emme Claire modeling some flannel pajama pants that I made for her. Isn't she such a good model? And look at her standing there by herself... Daddy was standing in the background waiting to catch her if she tipped over.

New Experiences for Emme Claire

Her first time riding in a shopping cart like a big girl! She absolutely LOVED it!!! I finally got to use the beautiful shopping cart cover that my friend Bridget got for her. It has little rings on it where you can attach toys. Emme Claire loved being able to see everyone and everything in the store. She had the best time riding around up high. These pics were taken Halloween day.




First time sitting in her highchair like a big girl! And she loved it too! She started talking and jabbering so loud, she was having a great time. I think she liked being up high instead of being down on the ground in her bouncer.
Of course she had to taste the highchair first. lol But after a minute of that she quit doing that and began playing with some toys. Well, more like throwing them on the ground so that I could pick them up again for her. ha!

Scentsy

I'm now an independent consultant for Scentsy. Scentsy is wickless candles and they are wonderful! A friend of mine hosted a party for Scentsy (she lives out of town so I didn't get to go but I placed an order online from her party) and once I got my order in the mail I loved it! And so I decided to sell the products myself since I didn't know anyone locally who sold them. Scentsy is ceramic warmers that you plug in and they have a low watt light bulb that warms the candle wax you put in the top of the warmer. They smell so good and the fragrance really travels far and makes my house smell great. They make large warmers that you would sit on a countertop or table and then they make plug in warmers that stick out of the wall, similar to the plug ins from Bath and Body Works. The warmers are very pretty, they have so many different styles and colors to choose from. They have about 80 different fragrances to choose from. I ordered 4 fragrances when I placed my order a few weeks ago and I love them all. Now that I'm a consultant I will be getting a Starter Kit in the mail soon that will have small samples of every fragrance for my customers to smell and choose from. I can't wait to get that and start smelling them all for myself! If you are interested in learning more about these products and would like to make an order or host your own party (were you would earn credit from your guests purchases) please let me know! I can get you a catalog if you would like or I could bring my starter kit to your house and let you see and smell everything in person. Large Scentsy Warmer - $30 This one is from the Isabella collection and the color is Merino. You can see there is a little turn switch on the cord which makes it more convenient for turning on and off. There are also mid-size warmers that are $25.

Here it is turned on, they light up like a night light which makes them very pretty in the evening.

Plug-in warmer $15 This one is called Dandy Cherry. The plug ins have a little white on/off switch under the warmer.

Scentsy bars - $5 I turned one upside down so you could see how it comes. It is a small block that has 6 portions. You break off one portion at a time and put in your warmer. I have been buring one portion for 2 weeks and it still smells strong. I put the fun size candy bar in these pics so you could get an idea of the size of everything.

Scentsy Brick - $20 This is a one pound brick. I ordered mine in Baked Apple Pie because that has always been my favorite candle scent. The bricks are great for when you know you will use a lot of that scent because they are a better value.
